摘 要:振动力量训练作为一种新兴的训练手段,能明显提高肌肉的最大力量、爆发力和抗冲击、缓冲能力。我们已经开发出并应用到国家举重队的振动力量训练样机,能够满足振动训练的要求,但其控制系统却过于专业化,操作不够简便、不能控制时间以及仅能实现单机控制。本文利用VC++6.0完成了振动控制系统软件的编写,开发设计出能够同时控制多台训练样机的软件,充分发挥体育理论、机械设计、电子技术、计算机软件等多学科的交叉、渗透、融合作用,真正体现为体育运动服务的宗旨。Recently, the use of vibration strength training for improving the training regimes of athletes has been investigated at an unprecedented rate. A great deal of literatures showed that vibration strength training can improve the muscular maximal strength, explosive strength, and muscle flexibility. We developed and designed the sample machines with function of vibration training that already have been used in the National Weightlifting Team in China. The controlling system of the samples, however, doesn't work very well. For example, it is complex and can't execute time-control or series control, in this paper we combined the theory of vibration strength training with the practical sport, exercise and performance, firstly developed and designed the software for controlling many vibration training sample machines simultaneously, integrating the vibration-control software into the ActiveX controller (Microsoft communication control 6.0) , designing the managing serial communication units and the corresponding application platforms, accomplishing the selection, integration and control, simulation and management enhanced serial communication into a variety of application platforms. The interdisciplinary strategies of sports theory, technical designation, electronic engineering and software were fulfilled to make a better serve for the sport exercises and performances.
