摘　　要：要提高优秀体育后备人才的质量,提高选材的成材率,必须加强对青少年运动员的选材研究,并通过项目特征指标的测试与评价,初筛与培养优秀体育后备人才。目前,国内在这方面的研究较少。本文就击剑项目,从其项目特征和选材指标、标准,结合文献论文,对优秀青少年击剑运动员选材指标进行初步探讨。To improve the excellent sports reserve talented person mass and the successful rate selecting material, selecting material of teen-agers athletes＇ studies must be reinforced. Sift first and train the excellent sports reserve talented person by testing and appraising of project characteristic index. At present, the researches of this respect in China are very few. We investigate and discuss the index of selecting material to excellent teen-agers fencer from project characteristic, selecting material indexes and standards by document thesises.
