摘  要:为了提高体育教学的实效性,使学生在学习型社会下建立终身体育的意识和习惯,采用文献资料、实地调研、综合分析等方法,对当前高校体育教学和学生课外体育活动以及一些学生毕业后的锻炼情况进行调研分析,提出在教师引导下进行意义构建体育教学学习共同体,使学生学习健身与教师、同学、器材和计算机工具乃至社会互动中自主学习、分享智慧。In order to enhance the sports teaching the effectiveness, causes the student to establish the lifelong physical culture consciousness and the custom under the study society,the use of literature, field research, comprehensive analysis, on the current college physical education and students in extra-curricular sports activities, as well as some of the students after graduation exercise conducted research analysis carried out under the guidance of teachers at the meaning of building a Community Study of Physical Education, to enable students to study fitness with teachers, students, equipment and computer tools of social interaction as well aS independent study, to share intelligence.
