摘　　要：中小企业的融资困难从某种意义上讲,也就是指创立与成长时期的融资困难。通过对中小企业创立与成长时期的融资状况进行实证分析,指出造成我国中小企业创立与成长期融资难的原因是比较复杂的,既有中小企业自身内部的原因,也有社会经济环境外部的原因。因此,应采取多种措施解决中小企业创立与成长时期的融资难问题。The financing difficulties of small and me dium sized enterprises,in a sense,also refer to financing difficulties of the creation and growth period.Through the empirical analysis on the financing condition in the creation and growth period of small and medium-sized enterprises,we found out the causes in financing difficulties due to the complexity of both their own internal reasons as well as external socio-economic environment.Should therefore take various measures to resolve the financing difficulties of the creation and growth of small and medium enterprises.
