摘  要:为了改善CO2回收工艺的效率和减少再生装置的能源消耗,采用膜吸收接触器和模拟再生器实验研究的方法,对不同操作条件下醇胺溶液吸收CO2和胺再生的特性进行研究.操作温度在358-403 K范围内变化,再生率从86.2%增长到98.3%.吸收/再生试验中,由于一些热稳定盐的存在导致吸收和再生性能下降.结果表明:与MEA,DEA,DETA和MDEA相比,AMP溶液的吸收和再生效果均良好,是一种很有前途的酸性气体吸收剂.To improve the efficiency of the absorption and desorption of the carbon dioxide, the alkanolamines aqueous solution have been investigated. The CO2 absorption and amine regeneration characteristics were experimentally examined under various operating conditions. The regeneration efficiency increased from 86.2 % to 98.3% during the temperature range of 358 K to 403 K. A number of heat - stable salts(HSS)could cause a reduction in CO2 absorption capacity and regeneration. The experiment results showed that AMP was much better than other amines, such as, MEA, IDEA, DETA, and MDEA. Because of its less heat energy for regeneration, higher regeneration efficiency, and higher absorption capacity, it has been studied by many scholars.
