仙灵冲剂治疗化疗后血小板减少小鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药仙灵冲剂治疗化疗后血小板减少小鼠的血小板计数水平及白介素-11(IL-11)、血小板生成素(TPO)表达水平。方法:将实验小鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、巨和粒组和仙灵冲剂高、中、低剂量组,构建血小板减少的模型后分别进行相应处理,于实验第14天观察血小板计数水平及IL-11、TPO表达水平。结果:仙灵冲剂高剂量组、中剂量组血小板计数均高于模型组(P<0.05),低剂量组高于模型组但无统计学意义(P>0.05),仙灵冲剂各组IL-11、TPO表达水平均高于模型组。结论:仙灵冲剂可以提高小鼠骨髓IL-11及TPO表达,促进血小板的升高。Objective： To observe the plateler recovery and the expression levels of bone marrow factor IL-11, TPO under Xianling granules in mice after chemotherapy. Methods：One hundred and eight healthy mice were randomly divided into 6 groups： comprising blank group, model group, the rhlL-11 theatment group,low-dose group, middle dose group and high-dose group of Chinese traditional medicine. Using IL-11 or Xianling granules to the model of thrombocytopenia. The platelet count and the expression levels of IL-11 ,TPO were observed at the 14th day. Results：The platelet count of the high-dose and middle-dose of Xianling granules were high- er than model group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The platelet count of low-dose group was higher than that of model group, but there was no difference between them（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression levels of IL-11 ,TPO in all of the groups of Xianling granules were high than those of model group. Conclusion ： Xianling granules can increase the expression level of IL-11 and TPO mRNA of the mice bone marrow mononuclear cells. It can be used to increase the plateler count after chemotherapy.
