摘　　要：钙化上皮瘤是一种良性肿瘤,发生在头颈部较为罕见,临床诊断较为困难,容易误诊。本文报告1例发生在颈部的较大钙化上皮瘤,结合文献复习,对其临床特点、治疗等进行讨论。Calcifying epithelioma is one kind of benign tumour,which rarely happens in the neck.The clinical diagnosis of calcifying epithelioma is difficult and misdiagnosis is common.This paper reported one case of calcifying epithelioma in the neck,and discussed its clinical features and therapy based on literature review.
