摘　　要：医疗纠纷已成为当前社会的热点问题之一。法律对医疗机构及其医务人员的医疗文书要求越来越高,病案作为医疗纠纷诉讼的法律依据对医患双方切身利益有重要的意义。In order to strengthen and standardize the management of medical records and the quality of statistic, our hospital brought the management of medical records and statistic into the testing system of target reaching. This paper introduced the contents and items, the modus and conse-quences of the testing, along with the analysis and experience. Via the testing, health care workers＇ awareness of quality is increased, besides, the management and quality of medical records and statistic is improved.
