摘　　要：层黏连蛋白是细胞外基质中的非胶原糖蛋白,生理状态下调节一系列生物现象,包括细胞黏附、生长、形态发生及移动等,而在肿瘤的侵袭过程中,则对癌细胞的黏附、移动起着重要作用。Laminin is non - eollagenous glyeoprotein of extracellular matrix. It regulates a series of biological ph -enomena under physiological conditions,including cell adhesion, growth, morphogenesis and movement. In the process of tumor invasion, it plays an important role in mobile while the adhesion of cancer ceils.
