摘　　要：PDCD5是人类新基因,参与细胞凋亡调控过程,与许多凋亡异常相关疾病的发生发展有着密切的相关性。多项研究表明PDCD5与药物协调应用可以达到治疗目的,PDCD5是一个新的肿瘤抑制基因,其在凋亡相关性疾病中的应用有待更深入的研究。PDCD5 is a new human gene involved in apoptosis regulation, which is closely related to the development of a number of apoptosis abnormal diseases. Many researches indicate that coordinated application of PDCD5 and medicine may serve the treatment purpose, and PDCD5 may also take a new tumor suppressor gene. Its application in clinical apoptosis -related diseases are expected to be studied in the future.
