多用途弓联合种植体支抗在前牙深覆矫治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多用途弓联合种植体支抗治疗前牙深覆的临床疗效。方法方丝弓矫治器中运用多用途弓联合种植体支抗打开前牙咬合。结果对于安氏Ⅱ类高角病例,多用途弓能够快速有效打开咬合。结论多用途弓联合种植体支抗是治疗前牙深覆的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effects of combining multiuse arch-wire technique with implant anchorage in treating deep overbite. Methods Combining multiuse arch-wire technique with implant anchorage in edgewise appliance was applied to open anterior teeth occlusion. Results For high angle Class Ⅱ malocclusion patients, multiuse arch-wire technique can quickly and effetely open anterior teeth occlusion. Conclusion Effects of combining multiuse arch-wire technique with implant anchorage in treating deep overbite is an effective method.
