术前动脉介入化疗与全身化疗对进展期胃癌手术切除率的对比研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨术前动脉介入化疗与全身静脉化疗对进展期胃癌手术切除率的影响。【方法】82例胃癌患者随机分为2组,术前动脉介入化疗组40例、术前全身静脉化疗组42例,观察两组的手术切除率和根治率,进行对比研究。【结果】术前动脉介入化疗组与术前全身静脉化疗组在手术切除率及根治率方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】术前动脉介入化疗比全身静脉化疗更能提高手术切除率及根治率。[Objective] To examine the different effects between preoperative intra-arterial and intravenous chemotherapy on resectable rate and eradicabl rate of the patients with advanced gastric cancer. [ Methods ] Eighty-two patients with advanced gastric cancer were assigned randomly to preoperative intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy group （PIAC group, n = 40） and preoperative intravenous chemotherapy group （PIVC group, n = 42）. The resectable rate and eradicabl rate of two group patients were analysed and compared. [ Results] The resectable rate in PLAC group was higher than that in PIVC group （ P 〈0.05）. The eradicabl rate in PLAC group was also higher than that in PIVC group （ P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusions] Preoperative intra-arterial chemotherapy can increase. The resectable rate and eradicabl rate of the patients with advanced gastric cancer underwent surgery.
