摘 要:目的通过母婴护理双语教学实践,探索适合专科涉外护理专业临床护理双语教学的教学模式。方法采用学科专业教师与专业英语教师联合教学的方式对专科涉外护理专业进行母婴护理双语教学,即先由学科教师介绍正常妊娠、分娩、产褥期母婴护理的基础知识,然后选择30%左右章节由专业英语教师对异常妊娠、分娩、产褥期母婴护理进行全英文双语教学,课程结束后对学生专业课成绩及专业英语成绩进行分析,并与同年级涉外护理中文教学班作比较,同时对双语教学的学生进行问卷调查。结果双语教学班专业课和专业英语平均成绩分别为94.52分和80.42分,中文教学班成绩分别为88.00分和74.77分,2班比较差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.01)。结论适当比例的双语教学可促进学生专业知识的获取和专业英语的学习,在专科涉外护理专业临床护理课程中可采取学科专业教师与专业英语教师联合教学模式进行双语教学。Objective To explore a teaching model of improving teaching quality by the practice of bilingual teaching of Maternal-Child Nursing in foreign-concerned nursing specialty. Methods In bilingual teaching class,Maternal-Child Nursing was taught by specialty teachers and nursing English teachers together,the specialty teachers taught the chapters of Normal Pregnancy,Normal Delivery and Basic Care during Puerperium in Chinese,and the nursing English teachers taught 30% of the course which covered the chapters of Abnormal Pregnancy ,Delivery and Puerperium in English. At the end of the term,we analyzed the variance and statistical results of bilingual teaching class and Chinese teaching class,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students in bilingual teaching class. Results The average scores of Maternal-Child Nursing and nursing English in bilingual teaching class were 94.52 and 80.42,and those in Chinese teaching class were 88.00 and 74.77, there were significant differences between the two classes (P〈0.01). Conclusion Appropriate percentage for bilingual teaching can improve students learning nursing knowledge and special nursing English. Clinical nursing courses may be taught by specialty teachers and nursing English teachers together in foreign-concerned nursing specialty.
