树立科学发展观,促进人与自然和谐发展

摘　　要：针对当前经济迅速发展过程中所出现的一些资源环境问题,本文在阐述人与自然和谐发展的内涵、人与自然之间既对立又统一的辩证关系的基础上,提出树立科学发展观、提高生态环保意识、正确把握科学技术发展方向是人与自然和谐发展的本质要求的观点。并进一步提出发展循环经济是促进人与自然和谐发展的切实之举。总结提出遵循自然发展规律,树立科学发展观,促进人类与自然共同进化、协调发展,发展循环经济,是建设和谐社会和实现可持续发展的当务之急。Aiming at some issues regarding resources and environment during a rapid economic development, this paper, based on the concordance between human beings and nature, presents to establish the scientific concept of development, to increase people＇ s consciousness to protect the ecological environment. The technology is a key point for the concordance between human beings and nature, and the development of recycling economy is a practical behavior. This paper advocates a comphance to the natural rules, asks people to establish the scientific concept of development so as to advance the concordance between human beings and nature. It is urgent to develop the recycling economy for a sustainable development and harmonious society.
