摘 要:针对电网黑启动最后阶段的负荷恢复问题,研究了非线性动态负荷投载特性,建立了考虑非线性动态负荷投载的最优负荷恢复模型。该模型考虑了系统的电压、频率等动态约束条件,确保获得系统动态稳定条件下的最大恢复量。采用MATLAB语言编程,引入蚁群算法遍历求解。放大较好路径信息量以提高收敛速度,同时定义相应罚函数项处理越线指标。仿真结果表明该模型能较好地解决考虑动态负荷投载的最优恢复问题。通过仿真验证了该方法的有效性,可为实际电网负荷恢复策略提供参考。Aiming at the load restoration problem during the last stage of blackout, the issue of nonlinear dynamic load pickup is studied. The model of optimal load restoration considering nonlinear dynamic load is established. The dynamic constraints including voltages, frequency are involved in this model ensuring to obtain the maximum quantity of meeting the dynamic stability. The MATLAB software is adopted, and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model. The convergence speed is improved by enlarging the path information amount, and the penalty functions are used to treat the line cross indexes. Simulation results show that the method can effectively solve the optimal load restoration problems considering dynamic load pickup. The effectiveness is checked, and the method can be used for the real power network load restoration reference.
