摘　　要：信息技术设备是构成企业生产力的重要因素。很多企业由于在购置决策这一阶段对信息技术设备的技术和经济方面分析不足,造成新购设备不能投入使用,给企业造成了严重的经济损失。基于此采用了技术经济学设备管理的相关理论,首先阐述了对信息技术设备在购置阶段进行技术经济分析的重要性;其次建立信息技术设备购置决策分析的数学模型;最后采用该模型对贵州省六盘水市邮政综合网语音通信设备购置决策进行了技术经济分析。Information Technology Equipment is the main factor enhancing the business productivity.Insufficient analysis on purchase decision-making of Information Technology Equipment will cause great financial losses in enterprise.Basing on the correlative theories on equipment management in Technical Economics,a technical and economical analysis is given on the purchase decision-making of the equipments for information technology.A mathematical model of this analysis is made,an example is also given which is about the purchase decision-making of these equipments used in Guizhou Liupanshui post comprehensive computer network.
