摘　　要：20世纪末以来,以地球系统为代表的新的地学思维观与认知方法论和以数字地球为代表的地学新技术迅速改变了地球科学的内涵与外延,并对地学人才的知识结构与能力提出了新的要求。与此同时,地球科学作为大科学研究的舞台愈加宽阔,地质教育进入了一个新的发展阶段。成都理工大学始终坚持以科学发展观为统领,准确把握地球科学的发展与演变,不断深化教育教学改革,实现了高等地质教育又好又快的可持续发展。Since the end of 20th century,the new concept of geological thinking and cognitive methodology represented by the earth system,the new technology of earth science represented by the digital earth rapidly changed the connotation and denotation of earth scientific,and put forward new requirements to talent s knowledge structure and ability. At the same time,the stage of earth science research as a great science research become broaden. Geological education has entered a new stage of development. Chengdu University of Technology has always adhered to the guidance of scientific concept of development, accurately grasped the development and evolution of earth science, continuously deepened the educational reform and achieved sound and fast, sustainable development of geological education.
