摘 要:目的探讨CT引导经皮穿刺微波消融治疗恶性骨肿瘤的可行性和临床疗效。方法31例恶性骨肿瘤患者,原发性骨肿瘤10例,转移性骨肿瘤21例。在CT引导下经皮穿刺行微波消融治疗,微波频率2450MHz,输出功率20~80W,持续时间5~30分钟。结果治疗后所有患者疼痛减轻或消失,肢体功能改善,血钙及血清碱性磷酸酶均下降。CT复查肿块均缩小,治疗有效率(CR+PR)100%。1、2、3年生存率分别为87.1%,45.2%,32.3%。无严重并发症发生。结论CT引导经皮穿刺微波消融治疗恶性骨肿瘤安全、可行、有效。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical efficiency of CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation for malignant bone tumor.Methods 31 patients of malignant bone tumor received CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation therapy.The microwave energy was set at 2450MHz and at 20~80 watt for 5~30min.Results After the treatment,all of the patients felt the pain remissive or disappeared and the functions of the limbs were improved.The level of calcium and ALP in blood decreased.All of the tumors were decreased in size in CT scans.The effective rate(CR+PR) in 31 patients was 100% and the 1-,2-,3-years survival rate was87.1%,45.2%,32.3% respectively.There were no severe complications to be observed.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation therapy may be a safe,feasible and effective method for malignant bone tumor.
