摘　　要：提升和加强舞蹈比赛选手的综合素质是培养这类竞赛人才的根本需要。随着舞蹈类专业比赛的日渐成熟和丰富,比赛选手素质的高低直接影响着参赛作品呈现完全和整体舞台效果的好坏。本文旨在从比赛选手身体表现的专业素质、内心传达的情感体现以及比赛实战的心理素质三方面来探讨如何把握选手参赛时,所需注意的关键环节和综合表现素质等问题。希望以此在选拔和培养专业舞蹈比赛人才上引发更多积极有益的思考。Enhancing and improving the comprehensive quality of dance contestants is a fundamental need for breeding these talents. With the dance contests becoming more mature and diversified, a dance contestant＇s qualities will directly affect the wholeness of works presentation and the level of whole stage effect. This article aims to discuss how to grasp the crucial points and the quality of comprehensive expression for a dance contest in terms of three aspects： the specialty quality of the contestant＇s body, the emotional expression from the contestant＇s heart and the psychological quality in the actual contest. Besides, it is expected to trigger more ideas instructive for culling and breeding specialized dance contestants.
