摘 要:为了能够更加方便、直观地对汽车平顺性进行测试,利用LabVIEW编程软件开发了一套汽车平顺性试验测试系统。简单介绍了该系统几个主要模块的设计和构成。该系统在保证汽车平顺性测试功能、要求和精度的基础上,可实时获得评价指标值,并通过色彩指示器实时地显示出评价结果。运用该系统,对某小型客车进行了道路试验验证。通过数据采集、运算处理与评价,得出的结果与事实基本相符,证明了该系统是合理、可行的。这为今后进一步从事这方面的研究提供了参考。In order to test vehicle ride comfort more conveniently and intuitively, a set of vehicle ride comfort test measuring system was complied by Lab VIEW software. Readers a brief introduce of the design and structure of major modules in this system are gaven. To guarantee the testing function, requirements and precision in this system, realtime evaluation index values can be acquired and evaluation results can be displayed immediately by a intuitive colorized indicator. Using this system, we made some road tests on a smaller bus. Through the data acquisition, processing and evaluation, the results are approximately consistent with the facts. This system is turned out to be right and reasonable, which provides a reference for further research towards this field in the future.
