摘　　要：本文采用24h动态血压监测（ABPM）评价卡托普利对28例10～12岁小儿肾实质性高血压的昼夜降压效果，随机分为2组口服卡托普利治疗。A组药物总量（2mg／kg）分2次在白天服用。B组药物总量分别于6：00，14：00，22：003次服用，服药前及服药4wk后分别进行ABPM。结果：A组白天血压下降，明显低于治疗前，但夜间血压与治疗前无差异B组昼夜血压下降平稳，白天与夜间血压均低于治疗前。To evaluate the effect of captopril treatment on child renal hypertension. Twenty eight children,aged 10 to 12, with renal hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. In group A,the patientswere given captopril twice a day,at 8: 00 and 16:00. In group B,the patients were given captopril 3times a day, at 8: 00, 16:00, and 22: 00. Twenty four-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)was carried out be fore and after four-week captopril treatment. In group A,after the four-weekcaptopril treatment,the patients's blood pressure decreased in the daytime,being significantly lower thanthat before treatment,but it showed no difference from pretreatment level in the night. In group B,the patients'blood pressure descended significantly both in the day and night.
