护肝醒脾汤对大鼠酒精性肝损伤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨护肝醒脾汤对酒精性肝损伤的治疗机制。方法:采用酒精喂养法复制大鼠酒精性肝病动物模型,利用大、小剂量护肝醒脾汤灌胃治疗6周,检测血清学指标,并且在电镜下观察肝细胞超微结构变化。结果:模型组肝细胞水肿、细胞器减少,治疗组细胞器增多。血清中PT延长,ALT、LN、HA增高,A/G下降。经护肝醒脾汤治疗后,大剂量组PT、ALT、LN、HA和A/G均接近正常。小剂量组PT、LN和HA虽然较模型组下降,但仍明显高于正常组。结论:护肝醒脾汤对大鼠酒精性肝损伤肝细胞器有保护作用和促进肝细胞功能的恢复作用,并存在量效关系。Objective： To study the treatment mechanism of HuGanXingPi soup on Alcoholic Liver Damage. Method：30 rats were administrated intra-abdominally swine serum to induce Alcoholic Liver Disease model. The treatment groups were poured into gastra with HuGanXingPi soup after 6 weeks and the serum were examined in rats. Results ： Liver cell swelled and cell organ reduced in model group ; The cell organ increased in treatment group. The PT extended in serum. The ALT, HA and LN increased and A/G decreased. After HuGanXingPi soup treatment, they significantly descended in large close treatment group, and the levels were close to which in normal group, but in little dese treatment group, the PT, LN, HA and A/T were higher than which in normal group. Conclusion：The HuGanXingPi soup treatment has a protective effect on Alcoholic Liver Damage and promoted the restoration of liver cell function, and the degrees of the effects were the existence of dose-effect relationship.
