摘　　要：受全球金融危机的影响,我国的中小企业面临着经济"寒冬"的考验。由于不同体质的企业,抵御"寒流"的能力不同,中小企业应作一次"过冬"的自我"体检"。作者为中小企业设计了"过冬"的自我"体检"表,并对不同类型的中小企业筹划和提供了"过冬"的基本对策。Affected by the global financial crisis, China＇s small and medium enterprises （SMEs） are facing ＂winter-passing＂ test. Since the resistant abilities of different enterprises for financial ＂cold current＂ are different, the SMEs in the preparation for ＂winter-passing＂ should firstly make a ＂physical self-examination＂ against winter. The author designs the winter-passing physical self-examination table for SMEs, and the essential countermoves will be prepared and provided for different SMEs.
