摘　　要：许多企业已经把培训上升到战略性的高度来审视。战略性培训对于企业具有独特的重要性。根据波特的竞争战略理论,可把战略分为成本领先战略、差异化战略和集中战略。企业的培训应与这些战略相适应。Many enterprises are paying great deal of attention to the training from the angle of strategic. This paper points out the importance and characteristics of the strategic training, and divides the strategic training into cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy and focus on strategies according to Porter/s competitive strategy theory. Enterprise/s training should be adapt to these strategies.
