山西省社区医师对全科医师岗位培训的需求

摘　　要：目的调查社区居民对全科医师服务内容的需求情况以及社区医师对全科医师岗位培训的需求,从而进一步改进和完善我省全科医师岗位培训。方法选择2008年参加本年度全科医师岗位培训班的2050名社区医师进行问卷调查;选择培训学员所服务的社区居民2015户进行问卷调查。结果社区居民对社区近距离紧急事故的救护、生病时社区医师上门服务、常见疾病的预防与保健知识等全科医师服务内容的需求程度较高。社区医师对全科医学概论、急诊医学理论与技术、各科临床实践技能、健康教育与健康促进等全科医师岗位培训内容的需求程度较高;社区医师对全科医师岗位培训时间、地点、方式、教材、形式的选择分别以6～12个月、临床教学医院、在岗执业培训、全国统编教材、理论讲授案例讨论和科室轮转最多。结论全科医师岗位培训要进一步加强对全科医学概论、急诊医学理论与技术、各科临床实践技能、健康教育与健康促进、慢性疾病防治与管理的教育;应考虑社区医师对各培训时间、地点、方式、教材及形式等的认可程度,制定培训计划。Objective Td investigate the demand of community residents for general practitioner＇s service and community doctors for on - the - job training of general practitioner so as to further improve the post training of general practitioner in our province. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 050 trainees attending the post training course of general practitioneron and 2 015 community residents under the service of these trainees. Results The demand degree of community residents was high for such general practitioner＇s service contents as first aid, drop -in service by doctors, and knowledge on prevention of commonly - encountered diseases and health care. The demand of community doctors was high in such contents of general practitioner＇s on - the - job training as outline of general practice, theory and skill of emergency medicine, practical skills of clinical medicine, health education and health promotion. The majority of the community doctors chose 6 - 12 months as training course, clinical teaching hospital as training site, on - the - job training as the training style, nationally - compiled textbook as the material, theoretical lecture combined with case study and clinical practice in each clinical department as the training mode. Conclusion General practitioner＇s on - the - job training should further strengthened in education on outline of general medicine, theory and skill of emergency medicine, practical skills of clinical medicine, health education and health promotion. chronic disease prevention and management. The training plan should be set up according to the community doctors＇ recognized degrees of training time, site, style, textbook and mode.
