摘　　要：应用Ｎｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ印迹杂交方法对ＫＡＩ１基因在肝癌组织中的表达进行了分析。结果表明，ＫＡＩ１在癌组织的表达比在没有癌细胞部位和正常肝组织中降低达５０％以上。KAI1 gene is a metastasis suppressor gene for prostate cancer.We assayed expressing of KAI1 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma cell tissue.The result showed that expressing of KAI1 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma cell tissue is more less 50% than one in healthy hepatocellular tissue.It confirmed that the hepatocellular carcinoma cell metastasis was associated with the less of KAI1 gene.
