摘 要:虽然斑马鱼等实验用鱼已经成为生命科学研究的一类重要模型动物,但对于在集约化人工养殖过程中实验鱼的疾病却研究很少。实验用斑马鱼严重的健康问题使其在研究中常出现大面积甚至毁灭性的死亡。常见的感染也可以危及很多实验室的鱼群。因此,培育健康的实验用鱼群,建立必要的质量控制标准已经势在必行。本文收集和分析了大量相关的资料,为我国实验用鱼疾病的控制以及标准化研究和培育SPF斑马鱼提供帮助。Objective Although zebrafish has become a most important research model, relatively little is known about the diseases that affect this species when held in captivity. Severe health problems could seriously jeopardize many research facilities by devastating event even acute mortality in their zebrafish colonies. As with our laboratory animals used in research, it is imperative to conduct studies with disease-free, SPF zebrafish by setting local technical standards. To aid in this endeavor, we are developing sensitive diagnostic tests for serious pathogens to provide an overview of common diseases in zebrafish. For each disease, we are collecting information on the characteristics (e. g., pathological presentation), methods for diagnosis, and suggestions for control and treatment. In addition, methods for conducting disease investigations and a diagnostic laboratory for further analysis are included.
