成人癫痫患者生活质量问卷-31-P的信度和效度分析

摘　　要：目的：翻译成年癫痫患者生活质量问卷-31-P（QOLIE-31-P）,分析其信度和效度,并利用该量表进行癫痫患者生活质量（quality of life,QOL）的调查和影响因素分析。方法：将英文版QOLIE-31-P翻译成中文版QOLIE-31-P,用QOLIE-31-P量表现场及信函调查成年癫痫患者200例,其中49例患者3周内再次填写量表,以考察量表的重测信度、内部一致性信度、结构效度。结果：QOLIE-31-P中文版重测信度相关系数为0.725-0.912（P〈0.001）,Cronbach’sα系数为0.627-0.898;探索性因素分析获得7个因子,累计解释总方差的64.9%。发作频率与患者QOL的相关系数为-0.81（P〈0.05）。强直阵挛发作患者QOLIE-31-P总分较其他发作类型患者低,两者比较有显著性差异（t=-2.568,P〈0.05）。结论：翻译的QOLIE-31-P中文版与英文原版相似,具有良好的信度和效度,适合用于我国成年癫痫患者生活质量的评价。发作频率与生活质量有显著负相关,强直阵挛发作患者较其它发作类型患者生活质量差,并有显著差异。Objective： To develop and validate a Chinese version of the Patient-Weighted Quality of Life in Epilepsy Questionnaire （QOLIE-31-P）. Methods： The original English version of the QOLIE-31-P was translated into the Chinese language. The inventory was then completed by 200 adult patients with epilepsy; and 49 patients also completed the scale twice within three weeks. Test retest ,internal consistency reliabilities ,construct validity,and some influential factors for quality of life in adu correlation coefficient） （P〈0. 001）,and the 0. 627 to 0. 898. variance for 64. Factor 9%. Th Its with epilepsy were assessed. Results： for the Chinese version of the QOLIE-3 internal consistency reliability （Cronbac analysis showed that there were seven f e coefficient of seizure frequency with th Test retest reliability （Pearson＇s-31-P ranged from 0. 725 to 0. 912 h＇s α coefficient ） ranged from actors, which explained the total e quality of life was 0. 81（P〈0.05）. The QOLIE-31-P score of the patients with tonic clonic seizure was 55.7-16.6,and that of other seizure type was 61.4±18.7（t=-2. 568,P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the QOLIE-31-P have satisfactory reliability and validity,and can be applied to assess quality of life in Chinese adult patients with epilepsy.
