摘　　要：风池穴为临床常用腧穴之一。治证广泛。由于本穴所处位置特殊，临广使用时针刺深度应控制在1．5寸以内，以防伤及延髓。又因进针方向不同，可以治疗多种不同类型疾病，临床应用广泛，掌握针刺深度和方向，有助于提高疗效。Fengchi point is one of the popular points which treat various cases of diseases. To avoid injuring the medulla oblongata, the depth of insertion must be less than 1. 5 cun, for it is in a special area. When we insert filiform needles in different directions, different kinds of diseases can be treated. In short, Fengchi point has a wide field in clinical practice. Mastering the depth and direction of needling may increase the therapeutic effect.
