摘　　要：介绍酶膜反应器的基本概念、原理、特点和分类。重点阐述酶膜反应器作为一种新型的酶解反应装置在水解蛋白过程中的应用及其突出的优势,同时也提出了该装置应用的局限性。The basic conception, principle, features and classification of enzyme membrane reactor were described, and its application in the process of protein hydrolysis were summarized. As a new kind of enzyme reactors, enzyme membrane reactor had special advantages in the process of protein hydrolysis. At the same time, some limitations of using enzyme membrane reactor were also suggested.
