摘　　要：本文基于对译者属性和翻译本质的认识,并在"文化转向"和翻译研究从规定走向描写这一总范式转变的大背景下,构建了翻译"求真—务实"连续统评价模式,该模式可用作描写和解释译者行为动因以及翻译社会化程度的一个工具。The ＂Truth-seeking--Utility-attaining＂ Continuum Mode of Evaluation is raised on the basis of the recognition of translator＇ s properties and the essence of translation. It keeps in line with the ＂cultural turn＂ and the transformation of para- digm from prescriptivism to descriptivism in translation studies as well. The mode can be used as a tool to describe and inter- pret translator＇ s behavior and the socialization of translation.
