摘　　要：目的研究表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）在肾上腺皮质肿瘤中的表达意义。方法应用即用型链霉抗生物素蛋白一过氧化物酶链结法（S－P法）对25例肾上腺皮质肿瘤进行检测。结果EGFR在非瘤性病变中皮质球状带和网状带呈弱阳性表达，髓质不表达；在肾上腺皮质腺瘤中仅部分颗粒细胞呈弱阳性表达，透明细胞不表达；在肾上腺皮质腺癌中呈强阳性表达。结论EGFR的表达与肾上腺皮质肿瘤的生物学行为有关。To investigate the feature of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) expression in adrenocortical tumor. METRODS The EGFR expression was immunohistochemically detected with S-P method in 25 cases ofadrenocortical tumor. RESULTS In normal adrenal gland, EGFR was faintly expressed on the zona glomerulosacell and zona reticularis cell, and was not expressed in the adrenal medulla. In adrenocortical adenoma, some compact type cell was faintly positive, but clear-type cell was not. In adrenocortical carcinoma, a moderate to high intensity expression for EGFR was present. CONCLUSION It had been shown that EGFR expression is related tothe biological behavior of adrenocortical tumor.
