MIF和Ezrin在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达与临床相关指标的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨MIF与Ezrin在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达与相关临床和病理特征间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测MIF与Ezrin在46例卵巢癌、15例卵巢良性肿瘤和10例正常卵巢组织中的表达。结果MIF在正常组织、良性肿瘤和卵巢癌中的表达率分别为20.0%、26.7%、63.0%。Ezrin在正常组织、良性肿瘤和卵巢癌中的表达率分别为30.0%、33.3%、69.6%。MIF和Ezrin在卵巢恶性肿瘤的表达明显高于良性肿瘤,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上皮性卵巢癌中MIF与Ezrin的表达在低分化、Ⅲ～Ⅳ期和有淋巴结转移组织中明显高于高中分化、Ⅰ～Ⅱ期和无淋巴结转移组织,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。MIF和Ezrin的相关系数r=0.980,P<0.005。结论MIF和Ezrin参与了卵巢癌的发生、发展过程,二者具有协同促进作用。MIF和Ezrin可能成为卵巢癌诊断的指标和治疗的新靶点。Objective To study the relationship of MIF,Ezrin and ovarian tumor. Methods The tissues involved in 46 ovarian cancer,15 benign tumor and 10 normal ovary were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of MIF in normal tissue,benign ovary and ovarian cancer is separately 20. 0% ,26. 7% and 63. 0% . The positive rate of Erin in three kind of tissues is separately 30. 0% , 33. 3% and 69. 6% . Compared with tissues of normal and benign ovary,positive rate of MIF and Ezrin is higher. In the same time the better the differentiation and the earlier the stage is, the less MIF and Ezrin is. The expression level of MIF and Ezrin is higher in the tissue with lymphatic metastasis. MIF and Ezrin showed positive correlation. Conclusion MIF and Ezrin play an important role in carcinogenesis,development and metastasis. They cooperate in those progression. MIF and Ezrin may be the mew marks for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
