摘  要:目的:比较SPIO与Gd-DTPA增强对裸鼠肾癌移植瘤显影价值。方法:种植人肾癌Ketr-3细胞的雄性裸鼠14只,随机分为2组:SPIO组7只,Gd-DTPA组7只。SPIO组先行T_2WI平扫,后快速注入Resovist,注药后即时、10min重复T_2WI序列。Gd-DTPA组先行T_1WI平扫,后快速注入Gd-DTPA,注药后即时、10min重复T_1WI序列。扫描结束分别测量两组移植瘤增强前后的信号强度及计算相对增强率。结果:SPIO组注入Resovist后,即时移植瘤T_2信号强度(SI)开始下降,10min后T_2SI逐渐回复。Gd-DTPA组注入Gd-DTPA后,即时移植瘤T_1SI明显增加,10min后T_1SI亦维持于较高水平。结论:Gd-DTPA对于肾癌移植瘤的诊断有着较长的强化时间窗,且强化效果较SPIO更明显。Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of SPIO or Gd - DTPA enhanced MR imaging in nude mouse model of transplanted renal carcinoma. Methods: Fourteen male nude mice cultivated with human renal carcinoma cells Ketr - 3 were divided into 2 groups: SPIO group (7 cases) and Gd- DTPA group (7 cases) . SPIO group was undergone T2WI scanning first, after the rapid injection of Resovist immediately, and 10 min later T2WI scan was repeated twice. Gd - DTPA group was undergone T2WI scanning first, after the rapid injection of Gd - DTPA immediately, and 10 min later T1WI scan was repeated twice. After the MR scanning, signal intensities were measured both before and after the injection of contrast agent and the relative enhanced rates were calculated. Results: With injection of Resovist in SPIO group, T2WI signal intensity started to decline after the injection immediately, T2WI signal inten- sity recovered at 10 min after the injection. With injection of Gd - DTPA in Gd- DTPA group, T, WI signal intensity was increased after the injection immediately, and T, WI signal intensity were kept at a high level 10 min after the injection. Conclusion: Gd- DTPA used for the diagnosis of transplanted renal carcinoma has a longer time window, and its enhancement effect is more apparent than SPIO.
