摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中放线菌素Ｄ的含量。色谱条件为：ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８柱，甲醇水（体积比为７２１８）为流动相，流速１．０ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长２５４ｎｍ，方法的精密度、线性关系和回收率均良好，本法简便、快速。An HPLC method has been studied to determine the content of dactinomycin in fermentation broth. The chromatographic condition was selected as: YWG C18 column; mobile phase: methanol-water (72∶18); flow rate: 1.0ml/min; detected at 254nm. The precision, linear relationship and recovery of this method are good. It is convenient, rapid and economic.
