摘 要:以人工林桦木单板为试材,浸渍三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、组坯后,采用高频和接触两种方式热压成型,探讨热压方式对重组材密度分布的影响。研究结果表明:不同热压方式下,重组材在长度、宽度方向,以及厚度方向上的密度分布存在一定差异。综合考虑剥离强度指标,制备厚度>30mm重组材,宜采用高频热压方式。Birch veneers impregnated with melamine-formaldehyde resin (MF) were used to make reconstituted lumber. Two hot pressing methods, high-frequency and traditional hot-platen, were used and their influences on the density distribution of reconstituted birch lumber was analyzed. The results showed different heat transfer due to the different hot pressing methods and had considerable impact on the density distribution in the length, width and the thickness directions. Thus, when producing reconstituted lumber with thickness above 30 mm, we recommend using a high frequency hot-pressing method to maintain a uniform density distribution.
