摘　　要："社会资本"作为一个多维度的概念,近年来引起了全世界的广泛关注。大量证据已证明,高水平的社会资本是生态、社会和经济职责和谐过程的先决条件,社会资本对于促进经济增长、缓解贫困、提高工程绩效、管理自然资源与保护环境非常关键。本文阐释了社会资本概念,分析了社会资本的主要成分、分析层次及主要类型等维度,指出社会资本的主要成分包括网络、规范、制裁,分析层次包括个体、中观、宏观,主要类型包括结合型、沟通型、联系型;在此基础上,梳理总结了社会资本与经济增长及环境影响关系的国际研究进展,阐释了社会资本促进经济增长、影响生态环境的作用机理,分析了社会资本与适应能力的关系,简要介绍了国际上理解和研究社会系统与关键资源之间的相互作用和影响的思想框架。最后,讨论分析了社会资本与经济增长、环境影响的关系研究中需要进一步完善的问题。During recent years, social capital have attracted increasing attention as a multidimensional concept. It has been proved that high social capital is the precondition of the harmony of environment dimension, society dimension and economic dimension, and is important to promote economic growth, relieve poverty, increase program performance, manage resources and protect environment. The article explains the conception of social capital, and analyzes the main components, analysis level and main types of the social capital. The main components consist of network, cluster of norms,values and expectancies that are shared by group members, and sanctions-punishments and rewards that help to maintain norms and network. The levels of analysis includes micro-level, meso-level and macro-level. The sub-types of social capital include bonding sub-type, bridging sub-type and linking sub-type. Based on the brief introduction to the conception and the main dimensions, the author gives a commentary summary of the research progress of the relationship between social capital and economic growth, environment impact, then illustrates the mechanism of social capital promoting economic growth and influencing environment, analyzes the relationship between the social capital and the adaptative ability, and briefly introduces the framework of understanding and studying the interaction and inter-influence between the social system and the key resource. In the end, some potential improvements of the relationship between social capital and economic growth, environment impact is pointed out.
