滤过手术中玻璃体流失原因及防治方法的研究

摘　　要：本文对２７只在青光眼滤过手术中发生玻璃体流失眼进行回顾性的分析，结果表明：玻璃体流失在滤过手术中的发生率为１．３％，滤过手术的失败率为３３％；造成滤过手术中玻璃体流失的危险因素包括眼内异物潴留、高度近视、玻璃体变性、晶体不全脱位以及先天性青光眼所致的大眼球等；玻璃体流失发生后其远期眼压控制情况。Abstract eyes of which vitreous loss druing filtering surgry were retrospectively analysed.The result showed that the vitroeus loss happened in 1 3% of the filtering surgry,and 33% of the filtering surgry failed in the cases of vitreous loss.The risky facors which induced vitreous loss included lodgement of intreocular foreign body,high myopia,vitreous degeneration,subluxated lens and megalophthalmia caused by congenital glaucoma,etc.How was the long term IOP controled after vitreous loss was mainly decided by the nature of the vitreous and whether the management was suitable.
