摘　　要：企业产品链中各产品在功能上具有不同程度的相似性,为构建面向企业的可重构平台提供了必要条件;利用系统方法对产品在使用中物料流动顺序和变化进行分析,划分产品的功能模块;在企业产品链中依据相同功能将不同层次功能模块分成通用模块、类模块和概念模块;使企业产品由通用模块、类模块和概念模块组成;在设计时,通过调用通用模块和类模块,只对概念模块进行设计,以节约成本。该方法应用于企业包装机械产品设计,实现了产品的可重构性。Product of enterprise product chain has the varying degree similarity in the product function,this is a essential condition to built reconfigurable platform. Function modular was divided which used the system design method based on the material flowing order and the change in the product in enterprise product chain,Clustering hierarchy modular into common module ,and type modules ,and concept of module based on sameness function, so enterprise product was constituted by common module ,and the concept of module,type modules. Cost was saved by means of simple used common module,type modules and only designed concept of module. This method applies in the enterprise packaging machinery product design, has realized the product reconftgurable.
