摘　　要：介绍了大连水产学院热能与动力工程专业"专升本"人才培养模式改革的背景与依据,阐述了改革的思路,确定了专业培养目标和专业定位,并根据近年的实践,总结了专业人才培养模式的改革成效,为进一步培养适应动力和船舶行业需要的高级应用型人才奠定了基础。The background and basis of training mode reform for thermal energy and power engineering professional specialist to undergraduate of Dalian Fisheries University were introduced in this paper. The idea of the reform was expounded and professional training goal and orientation were identified. In accordance with the practice in recent years, the reforms effectiveness of professional training model was summed up. So this has a good foundation in order to further train high-level application-oriented personnel which meet the development of dynamic and shipping industry.
