摘　　要：本文根据中国特色社会主义经济理论与实践的基本原理,提出了对国有企业经营者收入的分配原则和政策方针。文章认为,关于国有垄断行业的分配问题是我国当前在初次分配和再分配领域议论最多、意见最大、矛盾也最突出的问题,必须及时加以解决,否则将影响社会的稳定与和谐社会的建设;根据中国特色社会主义经济理论的基本原理,必须坚决改革我国国有垄断行业和企业的收入分配制度,坚决废除国有垄断行业和企业收入分配中的特权。Based on the basic principles of theories and practices of the socialism economy with Chinese characteristics, the authors put forward the principles and policies for the income of state-owed enterprises＇ managers. The distribution issue of Chinese monopoly industry is the most prominent problem that arouses many arguments in the field of distribution and redistribution. This issue should be solved as soon as possible or some negative impact on social stability and the form of a harmonious society will be imposed. According to the basic principles of theories and practices of the socialism economy with Chinese characteristics,we must firmly reform the income distribution system of Chinese monopoly industries and enterprises and firmly abolish the privileges of the state-owned monopoly industries and enterprises in income distribution.
