摘　　要：针对未知边界的复杂非线性系统,提出一种基于滑动库的多模型在线建模方法.该方法首先结合滑动库思想,利用系统输入输出数据在线确定输入空间的边界,使其不需要准确知道系统输入空间的边界,减小了对先验信息的依赖性;然后,基于模糊划分的方法对输入数据在线聚类;最后,基于最小二乘法建立局部模型,并根据数据对局部模型的参数进行更新.仿真结果表明了该方法处理未知边界非线性系统在线建模问题的有效性.An online multiple-model modeling method based on moving bank is suggested for the complex nonlinear system with unknown boundaries.Based on the philosophy of moving bank,the boundaries of the input spaces are determined,which decreases the depending on the priority information.Then data is clustered online based on the method of fuzzy partition.Finally,the least-squares （LS） algorithm is employed to construct the local model for each clustering,and the parameter of each local model is updated by the new data.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
