摘 要:目的对8种化湿药挥发油成分进行定性、定量分析,并比较挥发性成分的异同。方法在运用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)技术的基础上采用HELP(直观推导式演进特征投影法)对产生的二维色谱-质谱数据进行解析,对组分进行定性和相对定量分析。结果鉴定出相对共有成分达60余种,8种药材挥发性成分中均含有桉叶油醇(Eucalyptol,0.01%~82.41%)和环氧石竹烯(Caryophyllene oxide,0.02%~5.5%)。结论8种化湿药挥发油共有成分大多数为萜类化合物及其衍生物,但其含量存在较大差异。Objective To detect chemical components of the volatile oil in eight samples of damp dispersing herbs. Methods Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS) with heuristic latent projections (HELP) method, and overall volume integration method were used. Results More than 60 relatively common components were identified. Eucalyptol ( relative content tr - 82. 41% ) and Caryophyllene oxide(0.02% -5.5% ) are the common main compounds of the eight plants. Conclusion There is a lot differences in the chemical compounds among the eight damp dispersing herbs, Terpenes and their derivatives are the main components, and also in percentages on many levels.
