摘 要:目的建立光果莸不同部位中多酚的含量测定方法,研究其对羟自由基的清除作用:方法采用索氏提取法以95%乙醇为溶剂提取光果莸不同部位的多酚物质,用紫外分光光度法测定各部位多酚含量及对羟自由基(OH·)的清除作用,以IC50值为参考指标评价了多酚物质的抗氧化作用。结果光果莸花、叶、茎多酚含量分别为:1.44%,2.08%,0.49%。在试验浓度范围内(0.05~0.2mg/ml),光果藐不同部位多酚对羟自由基(OH·)均有不同程度的清除作用,在浓度为0.2mg/ml时,光果莸叶多酚的清除率达93.8%,与阳性对照Vitc的清除率98.0%相当,其IC50值为0.07mg/ml,小于Vit C的IC50值0.08mg/ml。结论光果莸叶多酚抗氧化活性最强,是一种天然有效的自由基清除剂,Objective To establish the determination methods of polyphenol from different part of Caryopteris tangutica Maxim, and to study the scavenging activity on hydroxyl free radical. Methods The different parts of polypbenol compositions were extracted by soxhlet extraction with ethanol(95% ), and polyphenol content and OH· scavenging capacity were detemined by ultraviolet spectropHotometer. The antioxidanive activities of the extrcuts were evaluated by IC50. Results Flowers, leaves, stems polyphenol of Caryopteris tangutica Maxim were 1.44% , 2.08% , 0.49%. Polyphenol from different parts of Caryopteris tangutica Maxim had various degree scavenging activity against OH· at the concentration from O. 05mg/ml to 0.2mg/ml. At the concentration of 0.2 mg / ml, clearance rate Caryopteris tangutica Maxim leaves polyphenol reached to 93.8 %, and was close to that of positive control Vc. IC50 was 0. 07mg/ml,less than that of Vc 0. 08 mg/ml. Conclusion Leaves polyphenol of Carypteris tangutica Maxim has the most antioxidantive activity and would be a effective natural free radical scavenger.
