摘 要:采用对比分析的方法,分析了宜宾白酒行业内部状况,宜宾白酒产业在川内状况,五粮液所遇到主要竞争对手的挑战以及宜宾受到泸州、仁怀等白酒产地的影响情况。针对宜宾白酒产业所面临的严峻形势,提出宜宾必须加大对二线白酒企业的扶持力度,增强竞争力,扩大生产规模;建立白酒市场,以中国酒都地域品牌带动二线品牌的销售;走品牌化、集群化的道路,巩固宜宾白酒产业在全国的领先优势。The internal status of liquor-making industry in Yibin, the development status of Yibin liquor-making industry in Sichuan, the challenge from major competitors to Wuliangye Group, and the impact from other liquor-making regions such as Luzhou and Renhuai etc. on Yibin were analyzed in this paper. In order to consolidate the leading role of Yibin nationwide, some recommendations were put forward in this paper: increasing the support of medium-size liquor-making enterprises and enhancing their competitiveness and expanding their production capacity, building liquor market and driving the sales of secondary brand liquor product by use of its regional advantages, and insisting on brand develop- ment and clustering development.
