摘　　要：丁书文教授为国内知名心血管病专家,其在中医学术继承和创新思路方面颇有建树。提出要广泛阅读有关古代文献,从中推敲和揣摩古人的用药经验和思路,与现在的临证结合;衷中参西,创新思维;结合目前社会环境及疾病特点,提出心系疾病的热毒学说;提高疗效是中医学术继承和创新的基础。Professor DING Shu-wen is the internal well-known expert in the domain of angiocardiopathy. His idea on academic inheritance and innovation of TCM as follow： To combine the present-day clinic with the experience and thought of medication in ancient times which were refined from extensive archaic literature; To combine the TCM with Western medicine for bringing new ideas; To integrate current social circumstances with the feature of disease, and propose the toxic heat theory of angiocardiopathy disease; The increase of curative effect is the fundament of academic inheritance and innovation of TCM.
