大学智力资本与创新绩效关系实证研究

摘　　要：以我国部分211工程院校(不含纯文科大学)为研究对象,对其智力资本与创新绩效之间的相关性进行了实证分析。路径分析结果表明,在我国"211大学"中,人力资本对社会关系资本和结构资本具有直接正向作用,对创新绩效起直接作用的是结构资本,人力资本通过结构资本对创新绩效发生间接作用。This paper takes some 211 project universities in China as study objects to carry out empirical analysis. The aims are to analyze the correlation between intellectual capital and innovation performance. It is observed by path analysis that intellectual capital, the human capital has a great influence on structural capital and relational capital However, only structural capital has a direct influence on innovation performance. Human capital has an influence upon the innovation performance via the structural capital.
