摘  要:[目的]对黑色型黄粉虫各虫态及龄期的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶进行研究,为其物种鉴定和大规模饲养提供理论依据。[方法]采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析不同发育时期的黑色型黄粉虫的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶谱。[结果]黑色型黄粉虫各虫态酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶间存在着较大的差异性,并且不同龄期的幼虫之间和不同性别成虫之间也存在差异。[结论]不同发育时期黑色型黄粉虫的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶存在差异,表现出不同的生理特征。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme of black worm Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus in different developmental stages or instars, and thus provide a theoretical basis for species identification and large-scale fanning. [ Method ] The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) technology was used to analyze the esterase isozymes and peroxidase isozymes of Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus in different developmental stages. [ Result] The results showed that the esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme of black worm Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus had big difference in different developmental stages. Moreover, the isozyme of larvaes in different instars and adults with different sex were also different. [ Conclusion] The esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme of black worm Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus are different at various developmental stages, and its corresponding physiological characteristics also change.
