神经系统疾病脑脊液寡克隆带的检测

摘　　要：对137例中枢神经系统疾病病人分成4组进行了csf寡丸隆区带(OB)的检测。发现OB检出率分別为:(1)免疫组为53%。(2)感染组为75%。(3)CVD组为13%。(4)非感染组为12.5%。提示OB检出并不只在多发性硬化(MS)病人中,OB的检测可作为临床MS等CNS免疫性疾病及感染性疾病的辅助诊断指标。The oligoclonal bands(OB)in csf were examined with a modified technique of polyacrylamide electrophoresis in 154 cases of nervous system.Among them the patients were classified into four groups:(1)Neuroimmunological disorders,OB were present 53%.(2) Inflammatory diseases in CNS,OB occur in 75%.(3)CVD,OB were present 13%.(4)OND, OB were present 12.5%.We conclude that OB are not specific to MS.The finding of OB provide valuable supporting evidence for the diagnosis in the less definite clinical categories, especially in MS and inflammatory diseases of the nervous system.
