摘 要:[目的]调查分析2007~2008年天河区细菌性食物中毒的发生状况、分布规律,为防止食物中毒事件的发生提供可靠的依据。[方法]采集2007~2008年发生食物中毒时食品、患者肛拭子及食品操作间涂抹样等样品,对其进行微生物学检验,确定致病菌的类型,并对检验结果进行统计分析。[结果]2007年与2008年相比,细菌性食物中毒的致病菌检出率差异无统计学意义(P=0.35),两年样品总体检出率为24.1%;5种致病菌的检出率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);在季节分布上,致病菌检出率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),第1、第2、第3季度检出率明显超过第4季度;肛拭子,食品及食品操作间涂抹样3类样品的致病菌检出率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),其中肛拭子检出率最高,为37.8%,食品检出率最低,为8.3%。[结论]天河区2007~2008年细菌性食物中毒致病菌检出率稳定,检出的致病菌以奇异变形杆菌、副溶血性弧菌及金黄色葡萄球菌为主,检出率有明显的季节性分布特征,不同类型样品检出率明显不同。应根据以上特点加强食品卫生监督管理,防控细菌性食物中毒的发生。[Objective] To investigate and analyze the situation and regularity about bacterial food poisioning occurred from 2007 to 2008,and offer the reliable basis for preventing the food poisioning.[Methods] The bacterial food poisioning samples were collect from 2007 to 2008,and examined by microbiological technology,as well as determine the type of pathogens,and analyze these test.[Results] From 2007 to 2008,the rate found pathogens in these incidents had no obvious difference.The overall detection rate was 24.1%,the rate in different kinds of pathogens showed significant difference(P﹤ 0.05);the rate was also different in different seasons,the first,second and third seasons' rate was higher than that of the fourth season;Samples showed significant difference from anus swab,food and food making areas(P﹤0.05),and the detection rate of anus swab showed significant higher with rate of 37.8%,and food showed the lowest detection rate of 8.3%.[Conclusion] The detection rate of bacterial food poisoning shows relative stable.The detected pathogens were mainly P.mirabilis,V.phrahaemolyticus and Straphylococcus aureus.There was obvious seasonal distribution of detection rates,and different samples showed different detection rate.We should strengthen the food hygienic supervision and management according to these regularities so as to prevent and control the bacterial food poisioning's incidents in Tianhe.
